Decrease the prices of the v18 weapons in the NPC because the prices doesn't fit to the Server's Penya Rate.
Make the Red Chip amounts that is being looted Higher. ( Like 3 red chips to 5 red chips per Loot.)
Add Green weapons from lvl 45 to 105 in the NPC.
Add Green armors from lvl 45 - 105 in the NPC.
Add a cloak that gives more Drop rate.
if possible change to the Old Interface of FlyFF because the interface you're consumes more RAM, this is bad for the peoples with slow computers.
Make a scroll that makes a party go lvl 40 Instantly.
Add Red Chips as a Vote Reward

Edit: Also, please add these items to the NPC
* the scorll that expands the Party Skill Range
*the scroll that can make the party skill Stack its duration.
