Propose Additional NPC items

RJay please add if you think its necessary the following items:
-Upcut Stones
-activation
-Refresher Holds
-Vital Drink
-Item reduction 5
-Item reduction 10
-Jewels (e.g. Diamonds, emeralds, etc.)
-Sunstone
-Moonstone
-Shining Orikalcum
-Darkon 1 Blinkwing(its missing)
and if necessary i would like to ask if possible summon an NPC which sells low lvl items since the drop rate is kinda low its hard to find
starting stuff for players. such as weapons and armors for character lvl 105 and below.

With Regardz the buff of pang please customize it with other buff for more exciting plays and that would makes buff important

With Regardz Seraph buff please remove its limitation such as it only works with party and the 5mins duration only.
